OK must write quick!
The hostel was weird. I bought food on the way home from the net cafe, and the kitchen didn't have a griller or a toaster! And the bread was pretty stale... so cooking was fun! I ended up basically drying out my ham-cheese-tomato doorstops in the oven!
I met Kate, Abby, Sole (American) and Bram (Dutch) at the hostel. Yesterday morning we went walking to find a hotel (where the doors would be open after 11pm!) We stayed last night for 57pln. Tonight it's for 75pln for me cos Bram is leaving... Kinda expensive, but OK for one night.
Anyway... the hostel dining room was weird. THere were 2 americans. One was this 69 year old world traveller... he was cool, although I have a feeling he would rather talk to his cards than strangers! The other guy is stuck in Poland after he punched an off-duty polish policeman for cutting him off when riding his bike (I have no idea if it's a motor or pedal) so... he hates poles! He was ranting and raving... After we'd gone to bed Bram came in, so that was kewl.
Yesterday after finding the hotel we just strolled around... Saw some really nice gardens, buildings, the summer residence of the polish royalty was really nice! I have no idea if it was destroyed and rebuilt after the war - probably. The old town square is all rebuilt, but is really nice.
Okay 4 mins left. We went to a couple of bars, then Bram and I left the girls and found this cool nightclub on a boat (rivercruise-style) moored to the shore! It was quite strange, but was happening! Today's been pretty quiet.
That's it for now... adios amigos!

Yeah was running outta time at the net cafe! Hope I didn't make you too late after "stealing" your book!
Ohhh 3 nice gals? Speaking 3+ languages like you do would really help! Here in poland the language barrier is exactly that! Anywhoo, nice scenery IS nice scenery :-)
Today after walking around... I found the EMPiK bar! We just had to go in and downstairs... the bands start nightly at 9pm! Grrr that would've been exactly the time we were walking past!
Anyways... thanks for the speedy comment! Don't work too hard :-)
